How I built a business in 17+ countries

March 23, 202610 min read

Building a business that operates in over 17 countries was never the plan. The plan was to help people live from conscious love. The international expansion was a consequence of staying true to that purpose.

Start with purpose, not geography

The biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs make when thinking about international expansion is starting with the market. They ask: where should I expand to? The real question is: who needs what I have to offer, and how can I serve them?

When your message resonates with a universal human need, borders become irrelevant. Conscious love, personal transformation, and the desire for financial freedom transcend language and culture.

The digital advantage

Digital business changed everything. It allowed me to reach people in Colombia, Argentina, Spain, the United States, and beyond -- all from Mexico. The key was not just using digital tools, but building a complete ecosystem: education, technology, events, community, and content, all working in harmony.

Lessons from 16+ years

  • Your message must be universal -- Solve problems that humans everywhere face.
  • Build systems, not just products -- An ecosystem scales; a single product has a ceiling.
  • Invest in people -- The best businesses are built by extraordinary teams.
  • Stay rooted in purpose -- When you expand for ego, you collapse. When you expand for service, you thrive.
  • Technology is an amplifier -- It amplifies whatever you put into it. Make sure what you are amplifying is worth amplifying.

500K+ clients. 17+ countries. 8 books. And we are just getting started. The world needs more entrepreneurs who build from love, not just from ambition.
